This notice explains how UNFLD uses personal information when you visit our pre-opening website, register your interest or contact us about a corporate programme. Registering your interest does not create a membership. Separate privacy information will be provided for future bookings, assessments and member services when those activities begin.
UNFLD B.V., trading as UNFLD, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Under data protection law, UNFLD B.V. is the data controller.
Business address: Hiraistraat 6C, 1101 DA Amsterdam
Privacy contact: info@unfld.studio
When you join the founding list, we collect your full name and email address. You may also choose to tell us which services interest you. If you choose to receive email updates, we keep a record of that choice and any later withdrawal of consent.
When you send a corporate enquiry, we collect your full name, work email address, company name and any information you choose to include in your message. We also keep a record of your enquiry and our response.
Our website and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and the date and time of requests.
Our forms do not ask for health information. Please avoid including medical details in general enquiries. Fields marked as required are needed to submit the relevant form; other fields are optional. You can browse the website without joining the founding list.
Managing the founding list
We use your details to record your interest and, if you choose to receive emails, send updates about the studio opening, founding memberships and UNFLD events. We use your selected service interests to understand what people are looking for and, where relevant, make updates more useful. The legal basis for sending these email updates is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.
Responding to corporate enquiries
We use your details and message to respond to your enquiry and discuss your organisation’s needs. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply.
Website security and administration
We use necessary technical information to operate, maintain and secure the website and prevent misuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Consent and privacy records
We keep appropriate records of consent, opt-outs and privacy requests so we can demonstrate consent where required and respect your choices. We do this to meet applicable data protection obligations and for our legitimate interests in maintaining accurate records.
The founding-list form includes a separate, optional choice about receiving email updates. Submitting the form does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by emailing info@unfld.studio. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew your consent. You can also ask us to update your preferences.
A reply needed to handle a corporate enquiry is separate from marketing updates. Submitting a corporate enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where needed for the purposes described in this notice, your information may be accessed by authorised UNFLD personnel and service providers supporting our website hosting, forms, email notifications and technical maintenance.
We use Webflow to host the website and process website form submissions. Form notifications are sent to the relevant UNFLD contact.
Service providers processing information on our behalf must follow our instructions and applicable data protection requirements. We may also share information with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some service providers may store or access personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism under data protection law, such as an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.
You can email info@unfld.studio to ask which safeguards apply to a particular transfer and how to obtain a copy.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Founding list: We keep your information until you unsubscribe or the founding-list purpose ends. We review inactive records after 12 months without a direct interaction, such as a reply or preference update, and delete them unless there is a reason to keep them longer.
Corporate enquiries: We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless an ongoing relationship or legal requirement justifies a longer period.
Technical logs: Technical logs are kept for the period needed to maintain and secure the website. Relevant records may be kept longer where needed to investigate a specific security incident.
Consent and opt-out records: We keep the minimum information needed to demonstrate consent and honour opt-out requests for as long as necessary for those purposes.
We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this pre-opening website. Our website provider may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, maintain and secure the website.
If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this notice and request consent before activating them where required by law. Email signup consent does not also give consent for website advertising or tracking cookies.
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to access your personal information, correct it, request its deletion, restrict its use and object to certain processing. Where the legal conditions are met, you may also have the right to receive an electronic copy of your information for transfer to another organisation. You can withdraw consent at any time.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You can always object to the use of your information for direct marketing, including related profiling; we will stop that use.
To exercise your rights, email info@unfld.studio. We normally respond within one month. Where a request is complex or there are several requests, the deadline may be extended by up to two further months. We will explain any extension within the first month. If necessary, we may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You can also contact the supervisory authority where you live or work in the European Economic Area. You do not need to contact us first.
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we hold and limit access to people and providers who need it for the purposes explained in this notice.
We update this notice when our services or use of personal information changes. The latest version will be available on our website with its update date. Where a change requires new consent or direct notification, we will provide it before the relevant new processing begins.
For any questions, requests, or concerns about your data, reach out to us at info@lunffld.studio. We respond to all inquiries within two business days.
